All Committees of the Secretariat are looking for volunteers. There will be more information regarding each committee and the how they serve the community. Please look at the current list and contact the committee chair to let them know you are willing to serve.   

Secretariat

Recording Secretary: Attends all Secretariat meetings, records and archives all minutes.

Post- Cursillo 

Coordinates all 4th day activities, such as the 4th Day Mass over the weekend,  closing, Teaching Ultreyas, Local Ultreyas, Ultra Grandes and social events.

Support

Manages all supplies and materials for the weekend and events.  This is a major task which includes, organizing, inventory, and assisting other committees.

Pre-Cursillo 

Assists in Candidate Selection, Recruitment, and provides Support to Sponsors.  Contact Mike and Christine LaTona. 

3-day 

Coordinates all Training of Coaches, Weekend education, weekend team selection and support. Modifies and maintains the weekend manuals and the linguistics of the weekend.

Communications

Manages, maintains, and distributes community communications such as the newsletter, community announcements, website, and database.  The website is still a work in progress, we are working on the Chicago Cursillo History, Working on Video Testimonials, and improving the site weekly.  You do not have to have an IT or technology background to help out.
